Fred D. Moffett

Fred D. Moffett passed away on April 30, 2017. Born and raised in the Akron area, he retired from Burger King after 35 years as District Manager. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, selling and tinkering with sewing machines, volunteering at Feed the Children and the Stark County Animal Shelter where he and his partner, Darlene Matthew, adopted their sweet dog, Dakota. Fred was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Partlow, and is survived by his children, Michelle (Jim) McAllister, Michael (Misti) Moffett; grandchildren, Sadie and Nick, and "son" Dan Wodicka. There will be no memorial service per his wishes. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Hecker 330 699-2600.
