JOHN R. BUZZELLI

John R. Buzzelli, of Uniontown, Ohio, passed away March 18, 2022, at the age of 76. He was born in Akron, Ohio on April 26, 1945, to the late Ralph and Josephine (Rivelli) Buzzelli.

He is survived by his best friend and wife of 54 years, Theona Buzzelli; daughter, Michelle (John) Poston of North Canton; son, Michael (Stacie) Buzzelli of Alliance; grandchildren, Jade, Nancimarie, Elizabeth, Griffin, Gracielynn, and Gavin; sister, Joanne (Dr. Dean) Mayors of Akron; brothers, Ralph (Ruth) Buzzelli of Houston, Texas and Ronald (Susan) Buzzelli of Akron.

He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

A devoted family man, John enjoyed time spent with his family and the special bond that each of them shared with one another.  He was a sports enthusiast and especially enjoyed baseball and football.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., Hecker-Patron Funeral Home, 13151 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Uniontown, where services for John take place, Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. Michael Buzzelli will officiate.  Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Canton.
